Water main broke Monday when struck by a PSE&G crew
Hoboken officials confirm the broken water main that ruptured days ago is now repaired and water service has been restored, but a boil-water advisory remains in effect for residents. The issue began Monday when a PSE&G construction crew mistakenly struck the 16-inch water main, sending jets of water into the street, disrupting traffic and flooding businesses, schools and other properties.
